|Cider Buttered Greens|
4 Large handfuls of spring greens, kale or chard
1 pinch mixed spice
Salt and Pepper
Bring a large pot of water to the boil. Add a good pinch of salt.
out any woody stems. Roughly chop your greens and plunge
into the boiling water. Swirl through, and drain as soon as
the greens are just soft but still a bright, glossy green.
